Inkabi- The Hitman’s Diary is a series book. A story of a young man called Zenzele who was raised by his abusive and very commanding father called Bhambatha who was a known taxi owner, herbalist and Butcher. Bhambatha had six wives and twenty-one children.
By the age of ten, Zenzele had already learned how to use a gun from his father, Bhambatha. One day as he was coming from fetching the cattle in the grazing land, he heard commotion coming from his mother’s hut. He knew his father was at it again so to protect his mother, he ran to his father’s hut where he kept the guns and came back to point at him with a gun and eventually shot… And that was his route to being a hit man.
After years in his retirement days, he was approached with one last job. In this job the past and the future clashed, he did not know he is capable of love when he met Ntantokazi, a young beautiful accountant who he was supposed to kill, who he also learned was the daughter of one of the man he had killed.
Does he marry her? Does Ntantokazi find out about Zenzele’s past? Do Zenzele’s crimes catch up with him? What happened to Bhambatha? Does Ntandokazi find out that she has a target on her back?….
